Control Valve Manifold Dimensions

This table defines the dimensions of a control valve manifold. AutoRouter uses these dimensions to design the manifolds. The dimensions (ATTRIBUTE) are dependent on valve size and pressure class.

Control Valve Data Table Dimensions

As shown in the Figure, the dimensions are:

A: the horizontal width of the manifold,
B: The height from the valve center to the bypass line center,
Y: is the length of the control valve itself.

Note: In PlantWise versions earlier than 5.0.19, the Control Valve Properties data table contained two B columns: B-With-Fins and B-No-Fins. The B-no-fins column was obsolete and removed. For compatibility, PlantWise looks for a B-With-Fins column – the column actually used – first. If that column is not in the table, then the B column is used.
